Welcome to my newest blog site! My name is Morgan Marshall and this is my blog about God, life, good reads, and adventures! I absolutely love going on adventures and telling the world about them! And I love introducing my friends to the things and people I love.
I am from Fort Collins, Colorado, where I grew up running, hiking, and enjoying the great outdoors! I graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with an elementary education degree in 2015, and also ran track and cross country there. I recently moved from Flower Mound, Texas, where I worked with middle school students at The Village Church for five years. Now I live in Arvada, Colorado and work at Storyline Fellowship Church as the Student Minister. My family currently lives in Colorado and Hawaii, and I love getting to visit the beautiful island of Kauai to visit them and explore!
But, the most important thing about me is that I am convinced that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life! He is my Savior and my King, and all my days are devoted to Him forever!
This blog is beginning in 2020 because I am deciding to take a good long break from social media at large. I may still check it here and there, but for the most part, my posts will be located on this site. Over the last few years I have realized that my love for writing has continued and yet I have no time to actually write or share things the way I would like to. The hope of this blog is to provide a place for me to write freely without feeling the pressure to impress followers or friends on social media platforms, (not that I have a ton of followers anyways! haha!), a place to share what God is teaching me through adventures, good reads, and sweet friends, and a place to encourage others who may enjoy reading some posts here and there.
